Waitlist terms

These terms cover the Strategist waitlist only, until Strategist launches.

What the waitlist is

The waitlist is a list of people who want to hear when Strategist opens. When you join, we send you one email to confirm your address. Once you confirm, we may email you about the launch and your invitation. Joining is free and does not create an account.

Who can join

You must be 16 or older to join the waitlist.

The data we hold

We store your email address and a few details about your signup. The waitlist privacy notice lists exactly what we store, why, and for how long.

No service yet

Strategist is not open yet, so there is no service, account, or paid plan for these terms to cover. Joining the waitlist does not give you access to Strategist, and it does not reserve a price, a plan, or a place in a queue. Invitations go out at our discretion.

Launch timing

We do not promise a launch date. Strategist may open later than planned, open in stages, change in scope, or not open at all. The waitlist is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Leaving the waitlist

You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We then stop all waitlist emails to you. To ask us to delete your data, email [email protected].

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms while the waitlist is open. We will replace them with full terms of service before Strategist launches.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
