SEO is rarely a one-person job. Workspaces let a team work on the same sites without sharing a login.
One workspace, many people
A workspace holds sites, and everyone in it sees the same sites, keywords, audits, and content. Invite people by email from Workspace settings › Members. Each member has a role:
- Owner and Admin manage members and workspace settings.
- Member works on the sites.
An invitation arrives as an email with a link. A new teammate signs in with a magic link, accepts, and lands in the workspace.
Shared credentials and budgets
Connected credentials and monthly spending limits belong to the workspace, not to one person. When a job runs for a site, Strategist always uses the credentials of the workspace that owns that site. A key from another workspace is never used by mistake, even when you belong to both.
Monthly budgets apply to the whole workspace too, so a team cannot overspend because each person had their own limit.
Switch in one click
Belong to more than one workspace? Switch from the account menu. You can also create a new workspace there, for example one per client.
Already using Strategist?
Nothing to do. Every existing account now has a personal workspace that holds its sites and credentials. Invite a teammate when you are ready.
